Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Sign in and open your subscription page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you'll keep access until then.

My reminders aren't arriving

Check that notifications are enabled for the app in your device settings, and confirm your phone number and email in your profile. If it still isn't working, email us and we'll look into it.

Can I use The Pill Gremlin without the devices?

Yes. The app works great on its own. The blood pressure cuff, smart scale, and wearable sync are optional add-ons that just make tracking effortless.

How do I request a refund?

Email shaun@mag-neticmedia.com within 14 days of your most recent charge and we'll take care of it.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app under Settings → Delete account. Prefer we do it for you? Email shaun@mag-neticmedia.com and we'll remove your account and data on your behalf.
