The Pill Gremlin provides a personal medication-management app, connected-device integrations, and subscription services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with or without notice.

The Pill Gremlin is a personal medication-management tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always follow the guidance of your doctor or pharmacist and never change your medication without consulting a healthcare professional.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

All Pill Gremlin subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Pricing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by those stores under their terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials are the property of Mag-netic Media or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to use our services lawfully and avoid harmful activity. Users must ensure all content they provide complies with applicable laws, including A2P/10DLC SMS regulations for reminder messaging.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Pill Gremlin and Mag-netic Media are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
